These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProAgeing.org and related tools, including the Member Dashboard and the Mature Workforce Readiness Check (together, the “Service”), operated by ProAge Pte Ltd (“ProAge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service provides general wellness self-assessments and educational information only. It is not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, and particularly before starting any physical activity if you have an existing health condition or concern.
Results, scores, and recommendations provided through the Service are based on self-reported information and general research, and are intended for general informational purposes only. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to their accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your individual circumstances.
Some checks on the Service (for example, the Sit-to-Stand or Balance checks) involve physical movement. You undertake these entirely at your own risk. If you have any doubt about your ability to safely perform a check, do not attempt it, and consult a healthcare professional first.
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, ProAge Pte Ltd, together with its directors, employees, and its founder and developer (in their personal capacity), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
If you create an account to save your results, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in access and for all activity associated with your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, frameworks (including the 7 ProAgeing Steps and the Celebrate You framework), text, and materials made available through the Service are the property of ProAge Pte Ltd or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Information submitted through our organisation-facing tools, including enquiry forms and the Workforce Readiness Check, is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
